This is Church, the reanimated cat from Stephen King's Pet Sematary. This version is inspired both by the novel and the 2019 film. I absolutely loved the portrayal of the undead in the movie; the little eye twitch is a simple yet incredibly powerful visual detail to convey the 'wrongness' of the being that comes back from the other side.
